As an out-of-network provider, we will submit claims to your insurance on your behalf and work to maximize your reimbursement. What should I expect during my first visit?Your first visit with Dr. Chan is a comprehensive consultation. He will take the time to understand your full health history, listen carefully to your concerns, and evaluate your condition using traditional diagnostic methods including pulse reading and tongue observation — techniques that have been refined over thousands of years. Based on this assessment he will develop a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to you. Most first visits last approximately 60 to 90 minutes. We recommend wearing loose comfortable clothing and eating a light meal beforehand.
